Everything we sell is a digital PDF delivered by email. This policy explains when you can get your money back.

Your right of withdrawal, and when it ends

Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase without giving a reason. For digital content that is delivered straight away, that right ends once delivery begins, provided you have expressly agreed to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal.

That is why, before you pay, you are asked to tick a box confirming exactly this. We record your confirmation with your order and repeat it in your order email. If, for any reason, a purchase was made without that confirmation, your normal 14-day right of withdrawal applies and you can cancel by writing to us within 14 days.

We refund you if

  • You do not receive the file. We first re-send a fresh link; if we cannot deliver the file, we refund in full.
  • The file is faulty. It will not open, is corrupted, or is clearly incomplete compared with the page count shown on the listing. We replace it or refund you.
  • It is not the title you ordered, or it is materially different from its description.
  • You bought the same title twice by mistake. Tell us within 7 days and we will normally refund the second purchase.

What is not a reason for a refund

Once a file has been delivered, we cannot take it back, so we do not refund because you changed your mind, no longer need the document, or find the contents less useful than hoped. Please use the "Look inside" sample pages, the page count and the description before you buy. Scans reflect the printed original, including its age and any marks.

How to ask

Email shop@vintagefilmcameras.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. We reply within 3 working days.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds are paid to the original payment method, without fees, normally within 14 days of our agreeing to refund. Your bank or card provider may need a few extra days to show it.
